About Naryn

Naryn region covers the high inner Tien Shan: wide river valleys, summer pastures above 3,000 m and the roads that lead to Song-Kul, Kel-Suu and the old Silk Road post of Tash-Rabat. It is the least visited and most scenic part of Kyrgyzstan.

Getting There

Naryn town is reached via the Bishkek–Torugart highway, a scenic drive over the Dolon pass. From there, smaller roads and 4x4 tracks lead into the mountains.
