About Kel-Suu
Kel-Suu is a turquoise alpine lake sitting at about 3,500 m in the Kok-Kiya valley, close to the Chinese border. It is reached on horseback over the Bogoshtu Pass or by 4x4 via Tash-Rabat and Aksay — one of the most remote and dramatic places in Kyrgyzstan.

Kel-Suu is reached either by a multi-day horse trek over the Bogoshtu Pass, or by 4x4 via Tash-Rabat, Arpa and Aksay, arriving at the shore directly.
